Blue Five Gallery, in collaboration with Bleicher Galleries, presents “in effect,” an exhibit by Armenian American artist Argishti Musakhanyan. Argishti will employ a range of mediums including video installations, string sculptures, and mirrors to explore how socio-environmental influence on the individual leads to the individual influencing others, in a perpetual ‘effect’ loop. The gallery will be covered from head to toe with string, resin, bronze, intra-sculptural projections, gold, and roofing tar, entrapping the viewer in a state of contemplative inter-causality.
