I first saw Kate's work at Chroma Studio in Hollywood.  I was an instant fan.  Kate paints isolation, experiences, observations, personalities and longing for freedom. Whether an initial idea is created or a blank start to finish, with no beginning in mind, she makes sure those experiences and feelings are apparent. Her collages express the endless conclusions which surround her thoughts. Voicing "All in all, I paint my history, my story thus far."
